Our Fitness Options
Walter Fitness LLC offers multiple options based on our client's goals.
Personal training
1 on 1 personal training with Eric will help clients reach their fitness goals depending on the time per week they have dedicated to fitness. Personal training offerings are 30-minute or 60-minute sessions. Packages include 1x per week, 2x per week, or 3x per week. All personal training sessions will include goals and outside session time homework.
Lifestyle Coaching
Go beyond fitness and maximize your results outside the gym with nutrition and recovery strategies. Lifestyle coaching will offer strategies and include weekly check-ins. Walter Fitness offers 1-, 2-, and 3- month subscriptions
Personalized Fitness Program
For those looking for help with their fitness program but do not want to invest in 1 on 1 training, Walter Fitness offers monthly personalized fitness programs for those looking for 30 minute or 60 minute workouts.
